Is there a way to search customers by date you created them in QB?

Hi @budscleanup,

Welcome to the Community. I can share steps you can follow to find customers by the date they are created in QuickBooks Online.

I recommend using the Customer Contact List report to search customer names in the account. You have the option to customize the columns and show the create date.

Here's how:

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Reports.
  2. Scroll down and select Customer Contact List under Sales and customers.
  3. Press the small cogwheel icon next to the export icon.
  4. Put a checkmark on the box beside Create Date
  5. Hit Run report.
  6. View the details in the report.

Additionally, I recommend visiting the following article to learn more about personalizing reports, like how to configure the filters and header/footer section in QuickBooks: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Fill me in if you have additional questions about the data you need from your customers. I'm always here to help. Take care always.
