Welcome to the Community. I can share steps you can follow to find customers by the date they are created in QuickBooks Online.
I recommend using the Customer Contact List report to search customer names in the account. You have the option to customize the columns and show the create date.
Here's how:
- On the left navigation bar, click Reports.
- Scroll down and select Customer Contact List under Sales and customers.
- Press the small cogwheel icon next to the export icon.
- Put a checkmark on the box beside Create Date.

- Hit Run report.
- View the details in the report.
