Is there a way to see the email that went out with an invoice?

Good evening, @rmconsults2018.

There's a way you can send yourself a copy of your transactions by going to your Accounts and Settings. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Accounts and Settings.
  2. Click on the Sales tab.
  3. In the Messages section, press on the Pencil icon to edit.
  4. Put a check-mark on Email me a copy.
  5. Hit Save.

You can also customize the email that's sent with the transactions. I've provided the steps below on how to do this:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Custom Form Styles.
  2. Press on Edit for the Master Form.
  3. Navigate to the Emails tab and customize your email.

That's all there's to it. For more information on Custom Form Styles in QuickBooks Online, click here.
