Is there an easy way that QB provides in the emailed estimate that provides the customer with a tool to accept the estimate? Or do they have to sign and return themselve

In QBO, your customers can only view the estimates sent to them. You can consider using a third-party app so they’ll be able to sign and return the transactions.

There are different apps developed that integrate with QuickBooks. To find one, I invite you to visit the App Center. From there, you’ll get a better comparison of these apps and see if one meets your needs.
