Is there certain fees to deposits when a customer pays with a check vs. paying online with card?

Hello @collins890,

Yes, there is. I'm here to share a few insights you can consider if you're in need to start accepting payments from your customer online.

To start with, there is a standard pricing fee per transaction once the payment is processed online. It also comes with a lower charge with a monthly plan fee compared to no monthly plan at all.

To learn more about the charges, here's a link you can visit for reference: Intuit Payments Standard Pricing.

Lastly, I've got you this helpful article for ideas about the different methods you can start using in accepting payment from your customers: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Stay safe and comment below or post again if you have any other questions. I'll be here to lend a hand.
