What? There's a fee to change the way you pay Intuit?  Nuts, if so.

Let me route you to the right support so they can check why you're being charged with $1.00 on your account, foley-nancy-c.

To verify the charge amount, let's go to the Billing & Subscription page in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Hit Billing & Subscription on the left of the screen.
  4. Tick the View payment history link.

Once done, please reach out to our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you detailed information about why you are being charged with $1.00.

You can request a callback or chat with an agent. This way, you won't have to wait on the line when we have a high volume of calls.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help on the top menu.
  2. Tick Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Hit Let's talk.
  5. Select Start a chat or Get a callback.

I have articles here which provide insights into understanding subscription charges:

I'm just one click away if you need a hand with managing your account or any QBO related. I'll be here to help.
