Issued a refund, but the customer has not received it.

I would be happy to assist you!  When did you issue the refund?  Typically, refunds take 3-5 business days before they will be deposited to your customer's bank account.  Did you issue the refund through your QBO or the Merchant Service Center?  If you check your Merchant Service Center, do you see the refund being processed under transactions?
