Yes, you can create a refund receipt to give the refund to your customer. Let's first create a shipping fee service item then associate it to your shipping account. I can guide you in doing so.
- Go to the New icon (+).
- Choose Refund Receipt.
- Enter your customer's details.
- From the Product/Service item drop-down, click Add New.
- Select Service from the Product/Service Information page.
- Enter Shipping Fee as its name.
- Pick the Shipping Income Account under the Income Account drop-down.
- Click Save and Close.
- Enter the rest of the refund details.
- Select Save and Close.
