It has been 5 days since customers paid. Nothing has hit my account. What is going on???? I can’t get in touch with anyone and I’m considering cancelling this software.

It has been 5 days since customers paid. Nothing has hit my account. What is going on???? I can’t get in touch with anyone and I’m considering cancelling this software.

If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, it'll take up to five banking days for the payment to be deposited to your bank. This is to establish or set up your account. After that, you'll receive a notification of your new deposit speed. You can also check it by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.
