You may want to consider checking your Credit Card details. We need to makes sure it is accurate and not expired. Once, the information is correct you will no longer getting this message.
There are just a few steps to change the billing info. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Choose the Billing and Subscription tab.
- In the top section, you'll see your credit card information beside of Payment method.
- Click Edit to enter your new card information.
- Select Save.
- Click Done.
However, only Master Admin or Company Admin can manage the access on the Company. If ever you are not an admin right, you can contact your master/company admin if they can change your user access rights.
