It's been 2 weeks them trying to update my new phone number I can't get my money out cause it has to text to confirm my old number so pissed off right now

If you're having trouble manually updating your phone number in QuickBooks Online (QBO), I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support. Since we're dealing with private information, It would be best to handle this in a secure environment for verification.

 

Here's how you can reach us:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.

HAEELLLEJAH!

I am in the same boat.  This is beyond belief and is straight comical. I have funds that have been locked up for over 9 days now. They sit there and post messages that the money is going to fund on a specific day, then poof the status changes on deposit day!  I am taking clear screenshots of the changes from "being reviewed" to now, the new one is "withheld" lol!!

AMAZING!! I just started and luckily I have some savings to cover my contractors this week. I no longer take credit cards because of this BS!

 

I am starting to look for another merchant processor. The only good thing I see from QBO is the partial invoicing you can do from estimates which works great for me, but it is definitely not worth this headache. 

The salesperson told me I would get my credit card payments in 1 day, and ACH in 5. SHE NEVER TOLD ME "AFTER SOMEONE IN THE SKY DECIDES YOUR ACCOUNT IS WORTHY OF THAT!" My account still says the deposit speed for credit cards is 1 day and ACH is 5 days with no asterisk or a FU emoji to let me know this doesn't apply to me! LOL

Customer service is useless. 

I have several "trouble tickets" open and I can't even access them anymore. The links are "expired"!!

HAAA HAA WOW, JUST WOW!

NO ONE WANTS TO BE ON HOLD FOR OVER 5 MINS!! TIME IS MONEY, AND THE LITTLE MONEY I AM MAKING YOU ARE KEEPING IT FOR RANSOM MAN!!

That was 2019. She makes over $20 million now!

The CTO: Marianna Tessel, over $11M.

They need to redo their leadership, and budget asap. 

It is a waste of funding to be in business since 1983 and not have a more robust user interface infrastructure. They can clearly read posts of the few of us taking the time to call them out on their BS, and these problems are still here. That is 1 day too many to keep doing business like this.

They can easily verify accounts with plaid, use electronic signatures, allow a section to upload your documents, etc so they don't hold our funds for ridiculous reasons. The mortgage sector has it down. I used Rocket mortgage and was able to upload documents, link bank accounts all in less than 30 mins. 

QBO DO BETTER NOW!

They are not looking at ways to solve these problems fast enough, that's why we can't find any resolution to our problems. 

Needless to say, we are not being forced to be here, so as soon as I am set up with another provider..
