It's not clear from the "Upgrade" options which level is required to create recurring invoices.

Recurring transactions are available in QuickBooks Online "Essentials" and higher. Essentials, Plus, and Advanced all have the ability to setup recurring transactions like invoices.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
