You can only arrange the Item list in alphabetical order based on the item name. Although, you can export your item list report to excel and manually sort it.
I can share the steps with you:
- Click on Reports.
- On the drop down select List.
- Choose Item Listing.
- On the upper portion, choose Excel.
- Then Export.
