Let me help share how you can recover estimates, weemselectric@gm.
You can pull up your Audit Log report to determine the reason why some of your estimates are lost. I'll show you how.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under TOOLS, select Audit Log.
- On the Events menu, choose All transactions.
- Find the transaction number of the estimate in question.
- Click View.
Saying you've lost them, I'm assuming this report will show your estimates have been deleted. Therefore, review each transaction detail and use it to recreate your estimates using the steps in this article: Use the Audit Log Report to Re-enter Deleted Transactions.
