With our new contact feature in QuickBooks Online, you can easily reach out to our Customer Care team. Please know that they’re only available during weekdays, including Saturday, from 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM. You can check our support hours for more information.


Then follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. At the top right, click the Help menu.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern in the box.
  5. Click Let's Talk.
  6. Scroll down and choose to Get a Call.


You might want to visit these video tutorials to learn more about the use of different features in QuickBooks Online. You can select all topics listed horizontally and vertically to view them.

I cannot get into quickbooks to enter my invoices and it's the end of the month.  Also I was unable to pay invoices due to these errors!!!!! I need help asap!!!

Tracking invoices and their payments on time keeps books accurate and updated. Thus, I take your point and the urge to settle these transactions so scheduled tasks get going, Pauline. 

 

To verify it correctly, are you currently experiencing an error 1603? Can you share what product you are using?

 

If you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO) product, you'll want to perform troubleshooting steps to verify whether it's a browser-related issue. 

 

Try to access your QBO account in an incognito or private window.  You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Safari: Command+Shift+N
  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+Shift+N

 

Verify if you can now open your account. If this works, please clear the cache of your standard browser to remove accumulated data. If the issue persists, consider using another supported browser or device if your current one has a temporary issue with the program.

 

However, if you're using the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) product, you'll have to download the QuickBooks tool hub to fix common errors when you install QBDT. Then, utilize the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool to ensure a smoother setup and operation of the software.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Open the QuickBooks Tool Hub app.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Then, follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
