locked out of email account so I can't email my invoices. I have entered the correct password Trucks23$$ won't let me in. please call me as soon as possible I need to get this unlocked [removed]
First, you don't ever want to post a Password to anything on a any forum. I'd strongly suggest you go change it now (and any other login that uses the same Password).
Changing the password will also accomplish the next step I was going to suggest/confirm. Can you log into your email account via the web and just QuickBooks is locked out?
Next, have there been any changes to your email account? Did you just add Dual Authentication by any chance? And changes to your computer, new AntiVirus installed, etc.?
Are are there any updates pending for your computer or for QuickBooks? And finally, yes what everyone says, shut down QBs and reboot the computer.
After those steps if it's still not working, I'd remove the email account, close and reopen QBs again and then add the email account again.
