I have searched on my resources and there is no open investigation with this issue. One of the reasons could be is page might be cut off since these options are at the bottom of the invoice screen. You can try scrolling down the page or zooming out to see if they appear.
If these options should still not be present, it's generally good to try some browser troubleshooting. This can help in isolating the cause of unexpected behavior, such as missing or unresponsive buttons.
Please use these shortcut keys to access a private browser:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + N
If this works, you can now clear your browser's cache and cookies which can improve loading times and remove browser errors.
