I have changed the title of Cost of Goods Sold to Cost of Services. But when I download management reports the main title and total of title is Cost of Goods Sold instead of Cost of Services.

Good day, Rizwan Sharif.
I'm here to shed some light regarding your question while changing the Cost of Goods Sold to Cost of Services.
The main title on the management report such as Profit and Loss is set as a default category in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Though you can change the account names under it. the category name stays to be Cost of Goods Sold.
Here's an article for available reports that will help you see the product cost, the product on hand, and more: Use reports to see your sales and inventory status.
To give more information about managing inventory in QuickBooks Online, check out this article: Inventory management.
You might also want to learn more about how QBO calculates COGS through this article: Cost of goods sold: How to calculate and record COGS.
I'll be right here if you have further questions while working with inventory or any QuickBooks queries. Keep safe and have a good one.
