Manufacturers part number does not appear in item listings

I cannot get the MPN column to appears as an option when running item listing reports.  When I hit the settings icon, it does not appear as an icon.  This is for a new conversion to Quickbooks Online in the last month.  The first time I converted Quickbooks over I checked and it was there but I had to start over and convert it a second time and now it doesn't appear as an option.

Also, I have items from Quickbooks Desktop that I had hidden that I need to bring back.  They're now listed as deleted items but I don't see a way to make these items active or undelete them.

Thanks for coming to the QuickBooks Community with your question about the manufacturing part number on the Item Listing reports. 

 

 Let's try to narrow down the cause of the missing icon so that you can have these numbers on this report. I recommend clearing your browser's history first before we digger further into the issue. 

 

As for the deleted items that you're referring to, once you delete items they are gone. However, you can review the audit log for the delete item and get all the information from the item there to recreate it in QBO.

Manufacturers part number does not appear in item listings

I am not using a browser to run QBO.  I’m using the desktop APP.  I did not see in your reply anything noting how to fix the problem using the app.  Is there something I can do in the app that would allow me to view these missing MPN numbers in my item report?

I was completely unaware that hidden items would be deleted off of my file when I converted it to online.  I wish this was something that was relayed to me before I made the switch so I could fix it.
