Memorized Reports do not show when hovering on Memorized Reports

I am hovering on the arrow for Memorized Reports and all I get is the Memorized Reports List Box. Why is this happening? Earlier today, if I hover on the memorized reports arrow, all my memorized reports pop up to choose which one I want. Now - I have to click on the reports list box and then scroll to find the ones I want.

How to get back to the reports popping up?

Memorized Reports do not show when hovering on Memorized Reports

Hi there, JodyB1.

I'm here to guide you find your memorized reports.

You might've checked the option Save in Memorized Report Group. To change that, you'll need to manually uncheck that once you memorize a report. I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to the Reports menu, then select Company & Financial.
  2. Choose Profit & Loss Standard.
  3. Click Memorize.
  4. Add a name, then click OK.

If you're still unable to see the reports, let's re-sort the Memorized Report list. I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select the Memorized Reports tab, then click Memorized Reports List.
  3. Tap the Memorized Report drop-down arrow and select Re-sort List.
  4. Click OK on the prompt.

If the issue persists, let's try running the Verify and Rebuild tool to fix possible data damage within the program.

Here's how:

To Verify Data:

  1. Go to the File menu.
  2. Tap Utilities then Verify Data.
  3. Click OK on the prompt.

To Rebuild Data:

  1. Click the File menu.
  2. Go to Utilities and select Rebuild Data.
  3. Hit OK to back up your company file.
  4. Wait until the Rebuild is complete.
  5. Click View Results.

Here are a few articles you can read for ideas about utilizing your reports and its functions: Reports and Accounting.

Know that I'm always here to help you JodyB1 if you have additional concerns about memorizing reports. Have a great day!

Memorized Reports do not show when hovering on Memorized Reports

Thanks Charlene Mae. Some helpful processes you gave,

It ended up I just needed to exit QB and log back in. Then, the pop up list for Memorized Reports showed again. Not sure what happened but "rebooting" helped. Should have checked that first.

Thanks again!
