I know a way you might consider doing, OmniXIII.
The ability to generate a direct report of memorized transaction lists that has your customer's email address is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop.
We can run two separate reports that will give you the information you need. First, pull up the Memorized Transaction Listing report these are the lists of your memorized transaction. Here's how:
- From the Reports menu, select List.
- Choose Memorized Transaction Listing.
Next, run the Customer Contact List to get the email address for each customer that has a memorized transaction. Here are the steps:
- Go to the Reports menu and select List.
- Choose Customer Contact List.
Now, we're able to generate a memorized transaction lists that has your customer's email address.
