The option to add more text boxes on the estimate/invoice footer is unavailable. However, we have third-party applications that integrate with QBO to allow you to display additional information about the transaction.

We want to make things convenient for you. Adding more options when customizing sales forms is a great idea.
You can send feedback about this feature directly to our Product Development Team for consideration in a future update. To send your ideas, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Choose Feedback.
- Enter your request/product suggestion and click on Next.
- Click on Skip and send message.
- Select Feedback as the Category.
