Join nowI've created a new company file in QBO and noticed that there is no option to create Journal Entries. When I click on the + New it's not listed under Other like it is for my other company files. I've tried logging into QBO with a private browser and it's still missing. Using Chrome as my browser. Any suggestions? Help.

It's possible that your User View is set as Business View reason why you're not seeing an option to create a Journal Entry. You'll want to modify your setting in the Advance tab as Accountant View to have this option.

I am in business view and I do not see mine either. I do not believe this is the true issue. I was online for 4 hours with QBO and they had no idea either.
Here's what I did - So easy you'll wonder why? Go to your home page and click on Chart of Accounts. See if your bank account is listed. If it's not then at the bottom check the box Include inactive. If the bank account has an "x" next to it then it means it somehow got checked as an inactive account. So uncheck it and your Journal entry page should come up.
Try using the QB Software and see if you can see the same or get the help of QB Support Team .
