Let me share some insight into QuickBooks payments and deposits to your bank account.
Intuit submits your credit card payments daily at 3:00 P.M (PST) or 6:00 PM (EST).
Credit card payment transfers to your bank account will take 5-7 banking days.
While ACH deposit may take 7-10 business days.
The funds usually reach the deposit bank account within 2-3 business days.
If you haven't received the funds in the allotted time, you may contact Quickbooks Payment support, for them to check the status of the deposit.
