Must have Estimates sent through my sever. They are lost in junk mail of client.

Hello there, hessgroup,

Your client can add Intuit's service email addresses in their email's list of accepted senders.

If they're using Gmail, you can let them follow these steps:

  1. Select Contacts.
  2. Select Add Contact, then enter do_not_reply@intuit.com as the primary email address.
  3. Select Save.
  4. Once added, the email address to the safe sender's list, close all browser windows.
  5. Open a new browser and attempt the sign-in process again.

For other email providers, you can check out this article: Receive important email messages from Intuit.

Let me know if you got questions about the process, I'll be around to help you out.

Why can't we have google added to estimates like invoices have?  This is major for us.

Thanks for posting in the Community, @hessgroup

Currently, there isn't a way to add your Google contact to your estimates. I can see how beneficial it is to add this to the transactions as your invoices have. Rest assured that I'll take note of your suggestion and submit this to our product engineers. They can find a way to add this functionality to QuickBooks Online (QBO) for future releases.

I recommend checking out this website: QBO Blog. This link provides you more details about our product improvements.

Moreover, you can visit this article: Receive Important Email Messages From Intuit. It contains in-depth information on how to add Intuit's service email addresses in your email's list of accepted senders.

Don't hesitate to leave a comment below if you have other concerns. I'm always up for assistance, @hessgroup
