My 30 day trail is up...So I got the messages saying it was and I needed to pay...I paid with CC but still getting notifications saying CC needs updated!

Hello @firstclassokc,

 

You'll see the SUBSCRIBED status and the last 4 digits of your credit card number under your company ID.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.

If the status is EXPIRED, you'll want to manually enter your credit card by clicking the Pencil icon on that same page.

 

I'm adding a few references here for ideas about how you can update your billing and subscription information.
