Hello there, @accounting299.
Since the issue persists after doing the update, let's check your bank's website to see if they have page maintenance. You can get the URL from QuickBooks. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Banking menu.
- From the Banking page, select Add Account.
- Search for your bank, and then copy the URL.
- Sign in using your bank credentials.
If you've received a specific error while doing this, you can proceed to Step 3 in this article: Fix specific banking errors. It has a list of errors and how to fix it.
However, we can manually upload transactions using a WebConnect file if the issue persists. This is to manually upload the statements from your bank and import them into QuickBooks.
I've also added this link about matching online bank transactions in QBO: Categorize and match online bank transactions.
I'll be keeping an eye for your response as to how things work on your end. Take care!
