My client has been trying to pay my invoices for the past two days and says the Intuit site won't allow her to submit payment. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi, Cindy50. I'll help you figure this out so that your customer can pay their invoice.

I did some research on my end and was able to confirm that we have no open investigations relating to what your customer is experiencing. Have any other customers reported the same problem to you?

If it appears to only be the one client who's running into the issue, I'd recommend having them open an incognito window in the browser they're using, and try repeating the same steps to see if they can pay the invoice this way.

If your customer is able to pay when using incognito mode, it's likely that the problem is browser related. Usually clearing the cached data will fix these types of issues. You can request that they follow the steps here for the web browser they're using: How to clear a browser's cache and temporary Internet files

Let me know if this works for your customer. I'll be here to help with any questions you have.
