This answer mostly helps. My client had to go to her computer to view it, rather than viewing it on her phone. I’m not sure if it’s a client error, or a Quickbooks compatibility issue with the invoice displaying on iPhones.
Thanks for the help.
This answer mostly helps. My client was not able to open and pay the invoice on her phone, but she was able to open and Apple Pay on her computer. She’d like to open and pay from her phone, so I’m not sure if it’s a user error or if QB invoice is being buggy and not compatible with mobile devices. Thank you for the help.
I am facing the same issue, but the Apple Pay button simply doesn’t exist anywhere for him to press it. The only options are credit card, bank, and debit card. I’m standing next to him as we speak, so I can see it for myself. Client is on an iPhone, using safari, and has Apple Pay set up.
Thanks for joining this thread, @Cjbrooks7. I've got here steps to ensure your customer can pay the invoice using the Apple Pay button.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), your customer can be able to pay using the Apple Pay button if the payment option selected upon creating the invoice is Credit Card (Apple Pay should appear as one of the credit card options). You can check this article for more information: Frequently asked questions about Apple Pay and QuickBooks.
If confirmed that the payment method was set to credit card and your customer can't still see the Apple Pay button, you can ask them to perform the troubleshooting steps outlined by my colleague, AlexV above.
However, if the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care team to further investigate the root cause of the problem. They use specific tools to pull up your account and check your setup in a safe environment.
Having a list of your customers’ outstanding balances in QBO is a breeze. To do so, you can run the accounts receivable aging report. This will also show how much is still due and how long they’re past due.
I'm always around if you have any other concerns about paying invoices in QBO. Feel free to leave your reply below. Have a good one.
