Re: My clients invoice disappears as soon as they open it
We've received reports about invoices disappearing or missing, tracy-demarse.
For now, our engineers are working on a fix to this issue. I'd suggest reaching out to our Phone Support Team so they'll add your account to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email notifications.

Fill in the Ask a question field that your customer's invoice disappears.
Choose a way to either call or chat with us.
