Hello, marcel-sow.
Currently, QuickBooks Online Mobile App only supports Accrual basis. This is the reason why you’re not having the option to switch it to cash. You’ll have to go to the web version if you’d like to see the cash basis of your Profit and Loss.
You can send request to our engineers to have the accrual option in our future updates. Here’s how:
Stay in touch if you need anything else with QuickBooks.
You should be able to see the P&L (cash or accrual basis) on the QBO mobile app. This is based on how you've selected setting as the accounting method in QBO.
1. You may also want to verify "Accounting Method" setting again from your computer, using the Chrome browser.
(Gear at the top > Your Company > Account and Settings > Advanced > Accounting > Accounting method > Cash > Save > Done).
2. You may want "refresh data" on QBP mobile app to see that helps.
(Dashboard navigation panel on top three-dotted lines > Help & Feedback > Refresh Data)
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
