My connected accounts will only load from June 1 2020 but need them to load. from jan 1. how to I do this; I keep hitting the refresh button but won't go back to jan 1

When you first connect your bank account to QBO, the system can download up to 90 days worth of bank transactions. Some banks allow more than that.

We can bring in your January and other months transactions to QuickBooks Online by using a CSV file from your bank. Here are the articles that we can use for reference:

• Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online
• Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files

Once you've imported the file successfully, you can already categorize the transactions.
