My contractors that have been in my system have disappeared out of nowhere. Anyone else having this issue? QB says it’s a known issue, but there hasn’t been updates.

Currently, there's still an ongoing investigation about missing contractors in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To add your account to the said investigation, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and link your account to the issue. Once done, you received updates about this via email. Here's how to contact our support:

1. In your QBO program, click the Help button.
2. Choose either the Assistant or Search tab.
3. Next, enter a brief description of your concern. Example: Contractors disappear in QuickBooks Online.
4. Then, select either Start a chat or Get a callback to connect to live support.

You can also visit our support hour's page to know when our customer support team is available. This also provides you with steps on how you can contact them outside the program. 

In QBO, running a payroll report is a breeze. This will help you review your employee information, company data, and business finances.

They’ve done this already. I still NEED TO PAY my contractors and we’re already 2 days late. 

My email has already been added. The problem is theyre still waiting on their payments that are now late. I need a solution ASAP!
