Here are the possible reasons why your bank is not updating or the connection is interrupted, gallagherhilltru.
- If there is a minor or major update in your bank information such as the bank account number.
- Update on your bank’s website.
- Update in your online banking login credentials.
- Bank outage and other scheduled maintenance.
To refresh your bank connection, follow the steps below:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Choose Bank accounts.
- Click Refresh All button.
- You can do this 2 or 3 times.
