My credit card is connected properly but it hasn't updated to quickbooks in 8 days

Here are the possible reasons why your bank is not updating or the connection is interrupted, gallagherhilltru.

  • If there is a minor or major update in your bank information such as the bank account number.
  • Update on your bank’s website.
  • Update in your online banking login credentials.
  • Bank outage and other scheduled maintenance.

To refresh your bank connection, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Bank accounts.
  3. Click Refresh All button.
  4. You can do this 2 or 3 times.
