My customer address data disappears an hour after we put it in

We enter customer bill to details and when we go back to the invoice to add tracking the bill to information is gone from the invoice and the card.

We have a sync turned on with a crm but it only syncs one direction QB to the CRM. This started May 8th. It has affected 104 customer cards.

CRM may have updated its application that makes QuickBooks unable to sync with it accordingly. To make sure that this is taken care of, I'd suggest contacting CRM to inquire if they have recently made changes with their software. You can visit their website to find support.
