Hi @ruthrichter ,
QuickBooks is designed to send one invoice per email, even if the email address is the same, or even if you're sending it to the same customer.
I know two alternative ways that will accomplish the same thing. However, it's important to note that this applies to invoices only. The first method is to save your invoices as a single PDF file, and then make it as an attachment in your email.
You can now attach this PDF file to your email and send it to your customer.
The second workaround step is to send your invoices through the Collections Centre. Make sure this is enabled in your company settings.
Then, follow these steps to send your invoices from the Collections Centre:

No there is no link to pay multiple invoices from the emails for customers - a sadly lacking feature usually available form other online vendors.
What you can do, if you choose to, is include your banking info in an email to the customer (preferable password protected although your bank info is on every check you send) and they can make a total ACH transfer and then you match up the invoices to the payment in the bank feed. Not the best but it will work
Explore and ask them to utilize MP paying their bills. The app can run solo without QBO.

The fact that QBO has not addressed this issue is ridiculous!
No and QBO will never develop this feature because they are completely out of touch with their customer base.
