My customers are getting daily invoices and they are getting angry because they don't necessarily owe for them I need help and I can't get a person to answer me.

Why can I not get in touch with a real person????

My customers are getting daily invoices and they are getting angry because they don't necessarily owe for them I need help and I can't get a person to answer me.

Thanks for checking out the Community space. I'm here to ensure that your customers will no longer receive irrelevant invoices.

 

It could be that a certain recurring invoice template was turned on that's why they're receiving daily invoices that they don't owe. To fix this, we'll have to delete the template or set its type to Unscheduled. Here's how to do it:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Choose Recurring Transactions
  3. If you’d like to delete the invoice template, click the Edit drop-down button and choose Delete.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.
  5. If you’d prefer to retain the template, click Edit from the Action column.
  6. Change the Type to Unscheduled.
  7. Click Save template to confirm the changes.

With regard to contacting our Customer Care Team, we've updated the process on how you can connect to us. You'll need to chat with QB Assistant first, a bot or AI that answers basic QuickBooks questions. Then, select the Talk to a human option so you'll be able to converse with our representatives. You may also follow the complete steps that I've listed below:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.
