My customers can’t view their invoices and I can’t view them when I send them to myself. Cashe is empty, browser is empty. No forum has the answer. How do I fix this?

My customers can’t view their invoices and I can’t view them when I send them to myself. Cashe is empty, browser is empty. No forum has the answer. How do I fix this?

We've received similar reports about being unable to view invoices, kevsoasis.

 

You can contact our QuickBooks Live Support Team so they can add your account as one of the affected customers. Here's how to get in touch with them:

 

  1. Click the Help (?) icon.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Continue.
  4. Choose Call us.
  5. Click Get a phone number.
  6. Dial the number provided on the screen, then click OK.

 

While waiting for a fix, you can keep using other browsers when viewing invoices. Check out this link to know what browser to use since you've already cleared the cache: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.
