The most possible reason why the custom message isn't showing in the email is due to a browser issue. You'll want to use an incognito window. From there, make sure that the message is correct, then resend it.
These are some of the incognito keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Also, you'll want to clear the cache since it causes issues in QuickBooks, too. Lastly, make sure that the browser is supported and up-to-date.
In addition, you'll want to update, repair, or re-install Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Old versions can cause issues, too, which is why the message isn't reflecting on the invoice.
