My emailed estimate is no longer in the pdf format it has always been. It is a text only type format.

Let's make sure that your PDF box is turned on, mikejefferson.

You can go to the Accounts and settings page and tick the PDF attached box to change the format to pdf.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Accounts and settings.
  2. Go to the Sales tab, then select the Online delivery section.
  3. Click the pencil icon, then ensure to tick the PDF attached box.
  4. Click Save and Done.

Once done, try to check if your estimate is already in PDF format. If it's not, you can update Adobe Reader/Acrobat to the latest version to resolve this issue.

I'm confident that this will keep you on track.

Reach out to us if you have any questions about estimates. I'm always right here to help if you have any other concerns.
