Let's make sure that your PDF box is turned on, mikejefferson.
You can go to the Accounts and settings page and tick the PDF attached box to change the format to pdf.
Once done, try to check if your estimate is already in PDF format. If it's not, you can update Adobe Reader/Acrobat to the latest version to resolve this issue.
