Hi there, @adam67.

Thank you for sharing your concern here on the Community page. I can help you get the desired format of your estimate transactions.

To achieve the design needed, you need to customize the form template used with your estimates from the Custom form styles window. Let me show you how.

  1. Open the estimate, then determine the template used from the Customize button.
  2. Once done, select Custom form styles from the Gear icon.
  3. Look for the template, then click on the Edit link under Action.
  4. Go to the Design column, then make the necessary changes from there.
    • Choose the template you want by clicking on Change up the template.
    • To add the logo, tap on the Show logo link on the Make logo edits section.
    • Adjust the page margins under the Edit print settings section.
  5. Hit Done to save the changes.

After that, try printing your estimates again and check the company logo and the margins. In case you're getting the same issue with your transactions, I suggest opening your account using a private window to isolate it further. Sometimes, the regular browser tends to hold onto information, and over time it could cause problems while working with QuickBooks.

To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If that works, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Just in case you get the same result while using an incognito/private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
