My estimates no longer have a save box is there others with this issue?

Thank you for contacting us about your estimate, lfs1.

There haven't been other reports of users being unable to see the Save box on the Estimate page.

Let's perform the recommended troubleshooting steps to isolate and fix this issue. There could be some browser hiccups. Once you visit a website, the cache will store the information which can take up space on the computer's memory. If it's overloaded, it can cause unexpected results. Thus, not letting you save the estimate.

The first step to take is clear the cache and cookies on your browser. The cache is stored to speed up browser loading times. However, too much data can accumulate, impact processes, and caused unexpected behavior.

If the same issue persists, you can log in to your account through a private browser. Browsing privately disables the cache from saving your data, and it's a good way to check issues caused by a full cache.

Use the short cut provided below depending on your browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

As an alternative, make sure to use other supported browsers to get the best out of your QuickBooks experience.
