At this point, I'd suggest you contact the Bill.com Support team by logging in on their website. They have the resources that can help you check the transactions to determine what's causing the issue and help you get back to business.
From the tabs at the bottom of the page, click SUPPORT.
Select Chat and enter your question in the How can we help? field. Then, click Continue.
Select I Still Need Help, then choose Chat Now.
