Thanks for taking the time to learn QuickBooks Online (QBO), perkinjenks.

I'm glad to inform you that we offer a QBO sample company.

The online sample file allows you to play around or use its features without paying for a real account. Simply enter the data into the system, and from there try out some of the functions in QBO.

Click on this link to access the online sample company: https://qbo.intuit.com/redir/testdrive. I want to make sure you get the most out of QuickBooks Online, I'm including video tutorials that can help you while working in QBO: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/tutorials/.

Alternatively, you can sign-up for a 30 day free trial and take some time to try out QBO. In case you want to check the QBO subscription rate, please visit this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/.

Feel free to let me know if you have additional questions on how the program works. I’m always happy to help. Enjoy your weekend.

QuickBooks as a company and its staff are not helpful at all to say the least. The software is expensive as it is and when you ask them to guide you on how it actually works they want you to pay higher or pay someone else to do that. Its unfair business practice. For example I can't even get help on if I have properly categorized my income and expenditure and the chart of accounts if accurate. I am really frustrated at this point and shopping around for a new accounting software.
