Yes, you can download all the transactions from the two separate credit card accounts under one account. All you need to do is set one account as a parent, then the other as a sub-account.
Here's how to create a parent account:
To create a sub-account, ensure to select the same account or detail type from the parent one and choose the parent account from the Is sub-account section.
If you want to change the existing account into a sub-account, follow the instructions from this article under the Change an existing account into a subaccount section.
After these steps, connect only the parent account from the Banking page so transactions from both accounts just download to the parent one. To learn more about connecting accounts to QuickBooks to automatically download recent transactions, check out the topics from this link: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.
Lastly, feel free to skim through the details from this link for an additional guide about bank or credit card sub-account setup.

Thank you Angela, that is SO helpful. I managed to create the sub-account with the parent account in the Chart of Accounts section as you showed me (whew!). I then connected and downloaded only the parent account. However, the Chart of Accounts is still showing me two separate registers so that it is still a mess when I try to reconcile the accounts. Did I do something wrong? Thanks so much!!
No, there's nothing wrong with what you've done, @recyclethat.
When setting up subaccounts, it will display as separate registers. The subaccounts will show as different lines in the Chart of Accounts under the parent account.
However, when it's time for reconciliation, you only need to reconcile the parent account because all transactions in the subaccounts roll up into it. Once done, the subaccounts will be marked as reconciled.
Additionally, you can run the History by Account or Reconciliation Summary report to review past reconciliations.
