My Independent Contractors are trying to fill out the w9 form I sent them but each one of them has told me that they are unable to submit it. How do we get passed this?

The form allows them to go through each step until the end and then they just can't continue. I've even resent them, that didn't make a difference.

Welcome to the Community, info1383.

I've reviewed our ongoing/solved investigations and don't see any records about QuickBooks Online subscribers being unable to submit their W9 forms.

Since each of your contractors has notified you that they're experiencing this problem, I'd recommend getting in touch with Intuit's Customer Care Team. They can pull up accounts in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.

You'll be able to contact them while signed in.

Here's how:
1. Click the Help (?) icon.
2. Choose Contact Us.

3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk.
4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Start messaging or Get a call.

Make sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.

I'll be here to help if there's any questions. Have a great day!
