My invoice says Overdue and there is no way to edit it. It is not overdue, the date is incorrect.

My invoice says Overdue and there is no way to edit it. It is not overdue, the date is incorrect.

Not to worry, vfilec. I'm here to help you correct your invoice date.

 

Changing the invoice date in QBO is pretty easy. Let me show you how to do it:

 

  1. Navigate the Invoices tab.
  2. Locate the invoice you'll want to correct.
  3. Click on Edit under the Action column.
  4. From the Invoice window, click on the Invoice date and modify it.
  5. Select Save as draft.
