My invoices have all disappeared, how do I get them back?

I'm here to help you sort this out, Ryancraigcontrac.


First, let's check the Audit log report. From there, we can check if these invoices are deleted. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit log.

If the transactions are deleted, you'll have to enter them manually. 

However, if these invoices aren't deleted, you may be experiencing some browser hiccups. We'll perform the basic steps to get the transactions back. To start with, open your account using an incognito window. It's the best place to isolate browser issues. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able to see the invoices, go back to the regular browser, then clear the cache to refresh it. We let the users delete them now and then to prevent unexpected behaviors. 


Moreover, you can use a different browser to help us narrow the cause of this behavior.
