My "Last 30 days" view on the Expenses widget of the Dashboard is showing "Last year" figures. Restarting the software makes no difference.

Hello there, office

We’re currently receiving reports from other customers that the Expenses widget is displaying incorrect amounts. Rest assured, our product engineers are working timely to have a permanent solution.

As an alternative, you can pull up the Expenses by Supplier Summary report. Then, set the date range to the last 30 days. For detailed steps on how to customise the report, see this article: Run and Save A Monthly Expense Report By Supplier.

I want to ensure you’re in the loop about its status so I’d suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. From there, they can securely collect your account info and add it to the notification list. As soon as the resolution becomes available, they’ll be able to notify you through your email. Here’s how:

  1. Go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/contact/.
  2. Under the QuickBooks Online section, get the phone number to call them.

If you need further assistance, just drop me a comment below. I’ll be around to help.
