We're delighted to have you here today.
Please know that we recognize how important it is for you to have your mileage data appear in your profit and loss report inside QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Before we dig deeper into your concern, please be aware that all the data that appears in your P&L report are data you have inside your company file. You'll want to check the Miles tab and ensure you've added your trips to the account.
If you don't have any records of your trips, you'll want to add them manually or import them inside the program. This way, when you run your report, it'll show you all the mileage data that you need. We'll gladly write down the steps to get you going:
- Access your QuickBooks Self-Employed company.
- On the left navigational bar, click the Miles tab.
- Click the Add trip button or click the dropdown arrow and choose Import trips.
- Enter the necessary details, and select Save once done.
